Superuser Management

The cloud admin module lets you manage superuser access to Kiwire™ platform, you can add user with full access capability or superuser with read-only access. To access the admin module click on Cloud > Admin from the navigation. On the superuser listing module, you may search for specific superuser by using the search field.

The listed fields and its meaning are:

Field Meaning & Function
Superadmin ID The superuser admin login ID.
Full Name Full name of the superuser admin.
Default Cloud The default cloud ID associated with the superuser admin.
Permission The access granted to the superuser

  • Read + Write : Full access
  • Read : Read-only access
Action Modules action:

  To edit the setting of the super admin/superuser.

  To delete the super admin/superuser.

Add New Superuser

Click on “Add New Superuser” button and populate the required fields. Fill in the field to complete the process.

The listed fields and its meaning are:

Field Meaning & Function
Default Cloud ID The default cloud ID to be associated with the superuser admin.
Username The unique username for the superuser admin.
Password The secret password for the superuser admin.
Full Name The full name of the superuser admin.
Email Address The e-mail address of the superuser admin.
Monitor Enable or disable the monitor role, if enabled superuser admin will received e-mail notification from Kiwire™ platform.
Permission The access granted to the super user

  • Read + Write : Full access
  • Read Only : Read only access
Role The type of role for superuser to manage and access in the Kiwire™ platform.
Tenant Access Tenant that can be accessed by admin.

Edit/Delete Superuser

Click the edit icon on the listing screen to edit the superuser. The edit screen be display which you can edit the setting of the superuser. Click on the delete icon to delete the superuser. A prompt will be display to ask for your confirmation to proceed to delete the superuser. Please exercise with cautions as this not a reversible action.
