CPanel: Configuration

Added more options to personalize your account the way you want it.

CPanel: Configuration > General

  • Dashboard Template: Template for the dashboard (*Note: You can add/edit the template from given link.)
  • Navigation Menu: The path for the menu

CPanel: Configuration > Personal Details

  • Template: Template for the personal details (*Note: You can add/edit the template from given link.)
  • Enable Update Profile: Enable or disable the profile update
  • Visible Field: Fields that can be viewed visibly

CPanel: Configuration > Profile Information

  • Template: Template for the profile information (*Note: You can add/edit the template from given link.)
  • ‘Current Usage’ Fields: Fields for the current usage (*Note: Unselected fields will be hidden)/li>

Configuration: Network Setting

The configuration options have been improved to help you to manage/configure server connection settings more accurately.

Template Tools

This exciting new template editor enables you to create custom template designs used by system such as voucher look and feel when printed as well as email, SMS and status messages or mail.

General

General template module can accessed at Configuration > Template.

Click on “New Template” to add new template.

Variables

The template editor enables you to put in variable placeholder within the template and Kiwire™ platform will replace the variable with actual value for the specific users when the content is generated.

i.e:
An example will be Hello {{username}}
content generated will be Hello John, when the user John accesses the account.

Policy: Configuration > Password

The password module enables you to customize password requirements during user login. Once all conditions have been met it will connect to captive portal and login to network. This module can be located under Policy > Configuration > Password.

Device: Monitoring

New features and functions have been added into each monitoring modules under dashboard, map, rules, status, and check logs respectively.

Kiwire™ is fully equipped with a built-in simple network monitoring system. This monitoring module will display all the equipment health status and its last reported scan. To access this module, click on Device > monitoring to access the monitoring modules.

Integration: Radius SSO

With the Radius SSO module you will be able to send accounting data to external Radius Server for Single Sign-On. To access Radius SSO module click on Integrations > Radius SSO. The configuration screen will display. Fill in the relevant field with information then save it.

Integration: External Database

Database module will let you to manage connection to external database for user verification. To access database module click on Integrations > Database. The configuration screen will display. Fill in the relevant field with information then save it.

Device: Huawei / Sundray devices

A new supported NAS device has been added for Huawei and Sundray. You can now select either options under Device > NAS > Add NAS > Device type.

Integrations: Social Network (Line and KakaoTalk Login)

Line and Kakaotalk are now supported under the list of available social network connections. To enable these options for your login page go to Integrations > Social Network.

Integrations: E-Payment Gateway (Paypal, Senangpay, Payfast, Wirecard)

The ePayment gateway module located under Integrations > E-Payment Gateway enables you to setup the electronic payment gateway. These settings will allow you to accept online payment for any financial transaction within the Kiwire™ platform from the users. We currently support the following list of payment gateway:

  • Paypal
  • Payfast
  • Alipay
  • Stripe
  • Wirecard
  • Senangpay

Beta Modules

Personas Based Campaign

Persona module is created to manage personas for the users. To access the persona module click on Account > Persona. The persona screen will load the listing of existing persona.

Name: The name of the persona
Created Date: The created date of the persona
Action: To edit or delete the person

To create a new persona, click on “Create Persona” button. To edit from the persona listing, click on the edit icon. The persona management screen will be shown.

Persona Name: The name of the persona.
Rules: Select the rule for the persona.

In Campaign Management, the campaign target can select the persona that have been created.

Campaign: Web Push Notification

The Web Push Notification module is an extensive tool for reaching out to customers. By sending web push notification to end-users, it is possible to re-engage with them even after leaving your website. To access this module, click on Campaign > Web Push Notification in navigation bar.

Campaign: Retargeting

Ads Retargeting using AdWords

Keep up to trend with the new Retargeting module. Purely focused on promoting to customers in view of their past Internet activities. Retargeting module can help you to remarket the ads and promote it to a more accurate group of users based on their tracked behavior. To access the Retargeting module, click on Campaign > Retargeting on the navigation bar.

Configuration

To access Configuration module, click on Campaign > Retargeting > Configuration on the navigation bar.

Enable Retargeting: Enable or disable retargeting.
Google AdWords Customer ID: The customer id for the Google AdWords account.
Google AdWords Global Site Tag ID: The tag id for the Google AdWords Global Site.

Campaign

To access Campaign module, click on Campaign > Retargeting > Campaign on the navigation bar. The campaign will show the listing of all the campaign created in your system.

To create a new campaign for the retargeting module, click on “Create Campaign” and fill in the required information.

Campaign Name: The name of the campaign.
Budget Amount: The budget price for the campaign. *Note: Amount per day.

Ad Groups

Ad Groups module will manage ad groups for retargeting campaign for out of network. To access Campaign module, click on Campaign > Retargeting > Ad Groups on the navigation bar. The ads groups will show the listing of all the ad group created in your system.

Campaign Name: The name of the campaign.
Bidding Amount: The offering price amount.
Campaign: Select the campaign that created earlier.

Ads

Ads module will manage the ads for retargeting campaign for out of network. To access Campaign module, click on Campaign > Retargeting > Ads on the navigation bar. The ads will show the listing of all the ads created in your system.

To create a new ad for the retargeting module, click on “Create Ad” and fill in the required information.
